e-hub Health is an Australian National University spin-off company managed by senior staff involved in the original development of the e-hub self-help programs. e-hub Health is part of the Dialogue group of companies.

Governance structure

e-hub Health’s highest level of governance is the e-hub Health Board. The Board maintains oversight of all aspects of the organisation and ensures that consideration of the safety, quality and effectiveness of our services, as well as sound ethical principles and a risk management approach, are applied to all business decision making within the organisation.

The Board provides leadership to promote a culture of safety and quality improvement in service delivery and to ensure that effective partnership with service users occurs throughout the organisation’s systems.

The Board delegates certain governance responsibilities to the e-hub Health Clinical Governance Committee and the e-hub Health Safety, Quality and Technical Governance Committee, in accordance with the e-hub Health Clinical Governance Framework and e-hub Health Technical Governance Framework.

Current goals and strategies

The e-hub Health Board sets the strategic direction for our organisation to provide ethical, safe and high-quality care, and defines safety and quality roles and responsibilities, through the implementation and ongoing review of our strategic plan. This plan includes our overall strategic direction and main goals:

Deliver web-based self-help services which provide users with evidence-based information and skills training to prevent or manage the symptoms of common mental health problems. Continue to strengthen our proven track record of delivery and funding from the Australian Department of Health.
Maximise the safety and quality of service delivery, and implement documented systems and processes as required by the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Services Standards.
Undertake accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards once it is launched by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.
Continue to enhance and improve e-hub self-help programs based on service user feedback and evolving best practices in digital mental health services.
